Get a Bidder #

In order to get a bidder #, you must submit a Winner’s Deposit amount of $2,500; which will only be charged if you are the Winning Bidder. If you choose to submit credit card information, your credit card will be authorized, but NOT charged for the Winner’s Deposit amount at this time. If you choose to mail a check, you will be notified via email when it is received and you will then be assigned a bidder #.

The CCV (Credit Card Validation) number is a code printed on your credit card. We require this code to make your transaction more secure. For Visa, Mastercard and Discover this number is the last 3 digits printed on the reverse side of the card. For American Express the number is a 4 digit number on the front of the card.

Winner's Deposit

The Winner's Deposit is an amount set by the Seller, and may not be required in all auctions. If a Winner’s Deposit is required, all bidders who want to participate in the auction must submit the deposit amount via check or credit card. If you are the Winning Bidder, the Winner's Deposit becomes non-refundable (but applicable to the Purchase Price). If you are not the Winning Bidder, and provided the Winner's Deposit by check to the Listing Broker, your check will be returned to you after the auction. If you are not the Winning Bidder, and provided the Winner's Deposit by credit card, your credit card will not be charged.
Credit Card Authorization

You may provide a credit card number to show proof of funds for the Winner's Deposit. Your credit card will be authorized by your credit card company, but not charged at the time it is provided. Your credit card will only be charged if you are the Winning Bidder and fail to sign the Purchase Agreement within three (3) business days following the auction.
